Accommodation

All accommodation for residential artists is located in Lower House.

This Georgian house is attached to the Coach House Studios building. Our house has a fascinating history, the hall retains its original tiled floor and latticed window, the drawing room its ‘draped urn’ coving and the dining room has a built in Victorian safe.

All rooms have original art works and we offer exhibition space in the Coach House Studios for local artists.

Non painting partners are welcome to stay with us. We are within easy reach of a number of excellent golf courses. The St. Mellion golf resort is a mere three miles away.

On all courses there will be time in the evenings for you to return to the studio, browse in our library, watch a film from our collection or explore Cornwall. We have an extensive range of tourist information material.
